How to Style Black Jeans - 8 ways to style black jeans

Black jeans are essential and loved by everyone, and they will never go out of style! They are so versatile and an essential wardrobe staple and go with everything.

You can’t go wrong with having a pair or several pairs, in your closet. There are so many styles that fit every body type and personal preference – skinny, flair, high waisted, straight, ripped, etc. The possibilities are endless, and you can dress them up or down from casual to dressy.

Here are some of my go-to outfits with my favorite black jeans. These looks are super versatile, and many of them utilize things you already have in your closet. Whether you are going on a date, a night out, dinner with friends, running errands, or out and about with your family, any of these outfits below will work.

The Basics - the black jeans. Everyone has that one pair of jeans, especially black jeans, in the closet that is always the one pair of jeans we reach for every time. For me, it is this pair that I have had for what seems like forever and I bought them from Old Navy. They do not have the same ones anymore but I was able to find similar ones here.

Black Jeans Outfit #1 - paired with your favorite T-shirt. I love this vintage-looking Rolling stones T-shirt. I have it paired with one of my favorite pairs of booties but white sneakers or any other shoes will look great as well.

Black Jeans Outfit #2 - A denim shirt is a must-have in your closet. I love pairing my black jeans with a well-structured denim shirt. I finished the outfit with my black wedge sneakers and a basic tank top.

Black Jeans Outfit #3 - I paired my black jeans with a T-shirt and an oversized cardigan. I love animal print oversized cardigans and they are always in style.

Black Jeans Outfit #4 - I love black and beige or tan together. In this outfit, I paired my black jeans with a lightweight caramel/tan sweater. There is also something about a good pair of tan heels. These pump stilettos never go out of style and can be worn with literally any outfit and for any occasion.

Black Jeans Outfit #5 - Pairing black jeans with a well-structured plaid shirt is one of my go-to outfits that is also great for any season really. In the spring and summer, I love to roll the sleeves up and pair wear my favorite sneakers, sandals, or even flip-flops. In the cooler months, it is easy to layer with a leather jacket, denim jacket, or an oversized cardigan.

Black Jeans Outfit #6 - I love pairing my black jeans with a simple, yet cute, striped shirt and denim jacket. A striped shirt and a denim jacket are both wardrobe staples and a must for every closet. Both are so easy to pair with so many outfits. Any shoes you prefer will work with this outfit. I choose to wear my black combat boots

Black Jeans Outfit #7 - In this next outfit, I am pairing my jeans with the same striped shirt and I have added a military-style green lightweight jacket. This jacket is another one of those wardrobe staples that is so versatile and great to pair with any jeans, pants, and even dresses.

Black Jeans Outfit #8 - I often pair my black jeans with a casual sporty/athleisure crewneck tunic top. It absolutely is my go-to everyday outfit. It is the perfect outfit for picking up the kids from school, running errands, grocery shopping and so much more.
